Fender is 3 months old

Fender turned 3 months old on the 11th! I can't believe that he's that old already! It seems like yesterday that I was waiting patiently for his arrival.

Every month on the 11th, I take a picture of Fender next to Brobee. (Yo Gabba Gabba character! It's Ryder's. He's obsessed with YGG!) He's getting so big. He has outgrown all newborn cloths. He just grew out of his pajama gowns. I'm sad. I love, love, love gowns. They are super easy for nighttime diaper changes. Oh, speaking of diapers, he's officially outgrown Kissaluv size 0. :tear: It's going to be bittersweet getting rid of them, since he's our last kid.

He loves this

and

this.

On a sidenote, I am growing sandwich sprouts! I got the seeds at a local health food store. They should be entirely grown and ready to eat in 5 days...well it's 3 more days now.

Cotton Babies $1 for well loved BG 3.0

If you live in the St. Louis area, go to Cotton Babies on July 17th! Be there at 9 a.m. to get well loved Bumgenius 3.0 for $1!

You have to get there early. The line starts forming very early. If you get there and the line is down the side of the store and in the parking lot, don't be discouraged. Stand in line still. They had a TON of diapers in the past.

Also on that day you can pick up the 4.0! I don't need anymore 3.0s. I do want to go just to pick up a 4.0! I may ask my mom if she wants to come. We haven't had a day shopping together since before I had Fender!
-------------------------------------------------------------------

Shortly, after I found out that I was pregnant with Fender last fall. Cotton Babies did a $1 sale. I was super excited. Ryder at the time pretty much turned 1. I knew that I would have 2 in diapers by the time the baby got here. My stash at the time wasn't very big. It was good enough for just Ryder. The $1 sale couldn't have came at a better time. I stood in line for over an hour, but it was well worth the wait!

I'm not sure why some are deemed as well loved. Most of mine were in good condition. The velco in a few were shot. No biggie at all for $1! I have 50 diapers in my stash that are well-loved!

My 4th

My 4th of July was very laid back. My husband and I cooked some BBQ. I made the boys kiddy strawberry daiquiris. They were really bland. They needed something else, but I couldn't put my finger on it. The boys didn't seem to mind at all.

Luckily, we were able to watch our town's big firework show from our back porch!

Hunter waiting for them to start!

Billy and Ryder watching the fireworks!

Hunter was so excited. You could see the fireworks all over the sky!

Fender on his first 4th of July!

Hunter watching from the slide.

Poor little Ryder couldn't stay up to watch them.

I attempted to take pictures of the fireworks. That was a big fail.

The fireworks setting on my camera does not work. I've had the camera since November and I've been excited to take pictures of fireworks since it had it's own setting. 8 months of waiting for nothing lol.

F is for Fender

Yesterday, I was taking pictures of Fender. He loves music, so I always keep the Leapfrog Fridge DJ near by. It was playing the ABCs at the time. I didn't notice until I was looking through the pictures that it was on the letter F.

Getting to know you!

This is my first "Getting to Know You!"

1.) If you had $5000.00 to spend on plastic surgery what would you have done?
I would probably pick a breast lift. Nursing has not treated them well.

2.) Do you watch Soap operas and if so what is your favorite and why?
No. I don't watch Soap Operas. I don't watch too much TV.

3.) Favorite clothing brand?
Juicy Couture for sure!

4.) An afternoon shopping spree at your favorite store or maid service for a year?
Maid Service for sure. It'd sure be nice not to clean up after my boys. Oh, and my laundry would always be done!

5.) Would you ever vajazzle?
No. Wouldn't it hurt taking it off? OUCH!

6.) Favorite Disney Princess?
Cinderella.

7. Last movie that made you bawl your eyes out?
I honestly don't know. I don't really watch tear jerkers. I'm a comedy sort of person.

8. Have you ever broken any bones and if so what?
Nope.
Death is more universal than life; everyone dies but not everyone lives.
