Baby won't you be my Corona and Lime?

I woke up this morning and Billy rearranged our living room. I've been wanting to, but I haven't had time.

I didn't get to make Mr. Floppy a cross yet. I don't have anything to make it out of. I'm going to ask my parents on Thursday if they have anything that I can use.

Hunter went to my parents house yesterday to see my brother. He came back with this...

Too many pokemon cards. He just sorts them out and looks at them. When he is done he puts them into a tin and carries them around.

Here is Ryder just lounging around.

I found a onesie that belonged to Hunter. I found a picture of Hunter wearing it, so I put it on Ryder. When Hunter fit into the onesie he was 6 months and Ryder is 2.5 months!

When Ryder was taking a nap, Hunter and I went outside to play. Excuse our massive amount of mole hills. Eck. They are so annoying and a PITA to mow over.

My comforter is done in the washing machine and I need to go put it in the dryer!

In her room with her red fingernails

Saturday I was so aggravated. Billy went to work to do landscaping, fine, whatever. I wanted to go to Target. I got the boys ready and went to get my keys. I couldn't find them anywhere. I texted Billy and asked him where they were. He wrote me and told me he had them! I was pissed. He had them because he had moved my car in the driveway and forgot to bring them back it. When we finally got home we ran to Walmart because he needed aloe. Turns out he didn't put sunscreen on and he knew that he would be working outside. We ended up going to a few other places.

Yesterday we ran to Toys R Us. Hunter has a HUGE collection of Cars the movie diecasts. A few cars were released a week or so ago and we've been on a hunt to find them. They are some of the hardest things to find...meaning we didn't find them. We ended up getting Ryder a cool jumperoo type thing that is a horse. He can't use it yet, but they had it on sale. Of all the things in a toy store Hunter wanted a bat and a baseball. I had to go by Petco to get my dogs some shampoo. We walked around and looked at the adoptable pets. They had a little parakeet and Hunter wanted him, so we got him. I've been wanting a bird, but Hunter used to be very afraid of them. Finally, he wanted one. I'll have to get a picture of him tomorrow. Hunter decided to name him Wubzy...from a favorite show of his, Wow Wow Wubzy. I hung the bird from the ceiling. Ryder can see him from his swing and he just watches the bird. He will smile and laugh at the bird for the longest time.

Here is Hunter with his new bat.

Billy went out to the garage to feed and water our rabbit and he found him dead :( Poor Mr. Floppy. We got him a few months before we got married.

RIP Mr. Floppy 2004-2008

Billy buried him under a tree by our back porch. I think tomorrow Hunter and I are I are going to make him a little cross to put where he's buried at.

Hunter went to my parents today because my brother just got home from New Mexico. He went there on a boy scout trip. Hunter adores my brother. My brother is too influential on Hunter. My brother likes to play video games and some kind of card game (possibly magic of the gathering, but I'm not sure) so now Hunter likes walking around our house with some sort of hand held game system or cards. I got him a massive amount of pokemon cards off ebay for a few bucks lol. He won't know they aren't exactly like my brothers.

Here is Ryder playing on his play mat.

And Hunter on it too with Ryder's pacifier.

Power outage!

Our damn power is out. We had a massive storm over the last hour. Nothing happened when it was at it's worst. Towards the end, the power went out. Hopefully Ameren will be out working tonight and it will be restored while I'm sleeping. Eck. It's aggravating. It's suppose to be like 91 tomorrow. I guess I'll be forced to go shopping. What shall I do :)

I have so much breastmilk stored in the freezer. I hope that the power comes on soon! I don't want it to go to waste. It's sad to know that it may :(

Billy is working yet again tomorrow...doing landscaping around his job. WTF? Seriously? He was like, "They would have never asked me to do this in St. Louis, so I decided to do it." My reply was, "Yea, because St. Louis would have paid someone to do it!"

I guess I have like 2 hours or so of life in my laptop. Apprently some moths got into our house. Since there is no other light, they are flying around my computer. I guess I may have to make myself go to bed soon.

The people that we put high up on pedestals crumble like statues

Today was a little rough. I was constantly doing something for the boys. Hunter seemed to be hungry all night. When he was hungry he was making messes (something unusual for him). The rest of the time I spent feeding Ryder.

With some extra time Hunter sat my lap while I tried teaching him how to have control of his fingers. He can't count 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 on his finger. He can do 1 and 3. I guess we'll work on it again tomorrow.

I'm becoming obsessed with buying odd baby items. Today I bought Ryder some teething pacifiers.

I got one raspberry pacifier. I think in blue. I can't remember.

This one looked odd, but may work for when he's cutting his back teeth. It was only $4, so it was worth a try.

I got this in the mail today. It's called a WubbaNub. It's a stuffed animal attached to a pacifier. The animal helps keep the pacifier in.

Here is my Hunter being goofy.

Here he is playing with some Dora memory cards.

Tonight I broke down and cried for a bit. I felt like I needed to show Ryder, Camille's picture. So I went to our hallway that we have a little memorial for her. I just couldn't stop crying.
I'm so thankful to have 2 wonderfully healthy boys. Ryder is such a calm, happy, non-fussy, great sleeping baby. Hunter is my little helper. He's constantly absorbing the world around him and learning....Speaking of which, I guess Hunter is not allowed to listen to Prince (or whatever he goes by these day) He started going around the house today singing, "I'm a sexy mother fucker." Um yea....or maybe I should take that song off my ipod lol.

Will I be the one that finds a way?

Today Billy went to work in a bit early...like 15 minutes or so. My parents came over and took Hunter to their place for a bit.

I shopped around on ebay for a long time. I got Ryder a cool thing. It's a stuffed turtle that holds a bottle. He doesn't use bottles too much, but it's a pretty cool thing for when he does.

My dad cut my grass for me today. So that's awesome. I looked outside and Hunter had out his lawnmower lol. It's a bad picture, but oh well. I took it from his bedroom window and it's pretty far away from where he was.

I'm slowly catching up on laundry. I had to rewash all the clothes in our closet after the water bottle broke. My room is so flipin' messy right now thanks to clothes that need to be washed. So that on top of my everyday laundry it's insane.

I got Ryder a taggie blanket, and he uses it for it's purpose already lol.

The more I listen, the more I have to say.

Friday-Um...I guess my days ran together and I can't really remember what went on that day lol. I do know that Billy had a problem with his check. they neglected to pay him for when he worked last Saturday. I guess it gets confusing doing two different jobs. One involves clocking in and out and the other involves calling your boss to tell them when you arrive at your job. Oh well. They are going to put it on this weeks check.

Saturday-Billy worked another Saturday yet again. His boss taught him how to clean up around the plant. He taught Billy how to buff the floors and other odd jobs. What the heck for, i don't know. I guess it's just some good old fashion ass kissing on Billy's part, so he'll get promoted to his boss's job when he retires next year. After he got home we went to my parents for a BBQ.

Sunday-We made an attempt to seriously clean and get rid of stuff. Mainly stuff in our garage and a shed. Too bad we didn't get too much done since it was over 100 outside. We did have an interesting day to say the least.

Billy was cleaning out our closet and all of a sudden our hot water bottle thing broke and sprayed all over him. It's located in the back of our closet. Luckily it wasn't hot. He screamed for me to come help him. I grabbed all of my purses out of our closet and some shoes before I helped lol. They are too important :) Our closet ended up getting like 2 inches of water. We had to use a shop vac to get all the water out of there.

Later that night we went outside and sat while Hunter played. We had our backs to him. I hear him say " I'm a superhero!" so I turn to look at him. He ran full force into a tree. He hit it hard and started crying. I ran towards him to see if he was ok. He totally freaked me out. I so thought he would have broke something like his nose or hand. Thankfully he didn't. It took me awhile to calm him down. Whenever he was done he started playing again. Later that night Hunter talked to Billy's mom and told her, "The tree hit me." Yea Hunter blame it on the tree lol.

Today we had a plumber come out to fix the hot water bottle heater. They made $50 in 10 minutes. That must be cool. We went grocery shopping before Billy went to work. For the most of the day Hunter and I colored and Ryder slept. He's had a sleepy day today. He actually freaked me out. I told Hunter to go tickle his toes so he could wake him up to eat. Ryder didn't respond. I went and picked up up all frantically and he woke up and looked at me like I was a crazy lady.

I love this onesie I got for Ryder!

I'm a little obsessed trying to match them sometimes.

He was all smiles when he woke up today.

Ok Hunter is asking for me to cook him some soup...disney princess soup lol.

I'm sick of your sad songs and sing alongs.

Ryder has his dr. appointment today. He looks good and is meeting his milestones. He weighs 12 lbs. 13. oz (75%) I thought he weighed more. He has a lot of chub rolls that I have to clean out lol. He's 24.5 inches (90%)

My dad watched Hunter when we took Ryder to dr. When we were done we ran to Borders to get Hunter some books. I got him 2 books that have CDs that reads to you. He really loves them!

Hunter and I just colored and danced today. He's just a fun kid. He went outside to play for a little bit today, it's just too hot to be out there for a long period of time.

Hunter's quote of the day is when I handed him a drink he said, "Thanks!" and when I didn't say you're welcome he said, "Mom I'm welcome too!"

She spreads her silver wings to offer shade for my pale skin

As Billy and I were putting up our clothes in our bedroom this morning, we realized that we need more room. We can barely open up our closet door, because of Ryder's playpen. We decided that we are going to try to look at houses. We just moved here in March, but it's been so much hassle. I hate everything about living here. The only perk (but is as much of a flaw) is that my parents are close by. With my extra time I've been looking at houses online. I've only found one so far that I like. We looked at houses in the past, but nothing is ever perfect. Hopefully, we can find something this time.

Hunter and I played most of the day with his play food. While I was occupied with Ryder, Hunter played with Cupcake and also all of his poodle toys.

Hunter's quote of the day is, "Mommy, I'm drinking diarrhea." Ok, I suppose this one needs an explanation. Billy brought home some diet soda and gave one to Hunter. I guess Hunter asked what it was, and thought Billy said diarrhea not diet.

Ryder lounging.

Eck it's still doing it. Blurriness sucks. Hunter wanted to eat a jell-o Popsicle.

Hunter gave Ryder a pretend ice cream, since he was eating a Popsicle.

I have to go now and feed my dogs before bathtime.

Just like a rose ripped from its root

I had to run to the store yet again today. I'm glad that I live close by a Walmart or not it would be ridiculous. The batteries in Ryder's swing ran out yesterday and Hunter needed more milk. I had to run by the post office too. I'm having someone make me a hooter hider. I had to mail her fabric that I wanted it to be made out of. I'm pretty excited :)

My friend decided that she is going back to work. (the friend from yesterdays entry) Well she needs a baby sitter for her little girl. I'm contemplating it, but I don't know. At this point right now, it would be something easy I could take on. What about later? When Ryder is mobile? I don't know. Kattie and Hunter both seem to have similar personalities and they get along. I haven't said anything yet.

Billy went to work late today. He told them that he was going to be a few hours late. Why? Because he decided to give me a bit of a break. He let me take a nap and take a long bath. He's so sweet.

Ok picture time!

Well I guess I'll start out with bumbo pictures. Eck. My pictures get blurry when they are upright instead of long ways.

Bumbos aren't only for babys anymore. Three year olds can use them too.

Ryder playing in his crib with his stuffed zebra.

Hunter eating watermelon outside. So I guess I'm going to start doing a funny quote each day that Hunter said. Today he said, "Mommy, why are there pumpkin seeds in my watermelon?"

Home made baby food

So yesterday we went grocery shopping. I picked up some home made baby food. I mean it's crazy that they claim it as home made, but I got it anyways. I'm going to have Hunter give it a try and see if he likes it. That way I know if I should buy it later for Ryder.

Breeding hate, don't need no segregation

Saturday, Billy picked up an extra day to merchandising. I obviously don't like him working extra, but they paid him a lot more than what the job pays. Some guy went on vacation and they were desperate for help, so they always ask what it'll take for them to get Billy to work. Billy names his price and they pay it. Which is one small perk of his job.

A major downside is they decided that the union workers now have to start work at 3 instead of 4. The office people hate union workers for some reason. The office people aren't union and don't get nearly as many benefits at Billy and a few other guys. So him going in at 3 you'd think he'd get off earlier. Nope. They have to go in to take on some new responsibilities.

When he got home we went to the store to get some things. I had broke my mop earlier that day mopping Hunter's bathroom.

Sunday we went to my friends house, so Hunter could play with her little girl. Hunter is so freakin' small for his age it's crazy. My friends daughter, Kattie, just turned 2 and she's bigger than Hunter. I wish that I would have taken my camera yesterday. I'll have to remember to bring it the next time we go over.

After we were done there, we had to go to the Verizion store to get our new broadband piece. We did some other shopping around the town we were in. We went to Target and I got the boys some matching clothes. It's so fun to dress them alike. Hunter likes it when him and Ryder are wearing the same thing. I'm sure he'll hate it later and be embarrassed of pictures later lol. We also went to a store called Gordmans. I got the boys more clothes. Billy and I didn't have time to look for ourselves, because Hunter decided to have a meltdown.

Ryder turned TWO months old yesterday. I hate how time flies by so quickly! He's a little chunker already. I'm not sure what he weighs, I'll find out on the 17th.

Here he is at two months. Ok he's next to Kenny because I'm going to take shots of Ryder next to it for size comparison. Kenny just so happens to be the biggest stuffed thing we have lol.
Here is Ryder at 1 month.

Here he is sitting in his Bumbo seat.

So just a bit ago I told Hunter he was crazy, he replied back and said, "No, I'm just fun." I guess I couldn't argue with that lol.

I'll miss the friendship that we once shared.

My little Ryder has another blocked tear duct. His left eye got all mucousy about a week after I had him and it cleared up before his 1 month appointment. He woke up from a nap about a hour ago and his right eye was all mucousy.

Billy called about our internet and we have to get a new piece. The tech person said that it sounded like our thing is bad (I'm not really sure what it's called) We won't be able to make it to a Verizon store until Sunday. So I'm gonna have to deal with it disconnecting after awhile.

Still making believe you aren't at all crazy

Hunter drove me crazy today. He wouldn't stop getting into things. It wasn't normal for him. He's calmed down now because he's eating cereal. He loves breakfast type foods.

When Hunter got up we ran to Walgreens to pick up my pictures that Billy uploaded yesterday. We picked up a few other things that we really didn't need. Like candles and toothbrushes.

Hunter was suppose to have a doctor's appointment today and he couldn't go for the 2nd time. Last week he was suppose to go for a check up for a tick bite and also his 3 year wellness check. Well he couldn't go because he is at a new pediatrician and they couldn't give him shots due to them not having his medical records. The reason they didn't have his records because apparently his last dr. closed her office and they had to try harder than normal to get his medical records. Now today he couldn't go because the wellness checkup dr. was on vacation. Whoever scheduled the appointment wasn't suppose to. So now he has to go next week and so does Ryder. There is no way that they are both getting shots on the same day. Hunter is finally getting his MMR shot after I delayed it for 2 years, so he may be fussy.

I started Ryder's scrapbook today and finished it. Which wasn't hard because I only had like 2 months to do on his. I need to buy another book for Hunter. I haven't worked on his since he was 25 months old and now he's 37 months old! I decided that I'm going to make a 'brother' scrapbook for pictures that I have of both of them.

My internet has been pissing me off the last few days. I have broadband internet (thanks to living in the country) and it disconnects after about 5 minutes. I guess Billy will have to call technical support tomorrow.

I guess I have to end it here because I need to give the boys a bath and put them to bed.

Save your happiness for tomorrow

We had a great weekend. It was so nice to have Billy here all weekend.

Friday- Obviously, the 4th. We got up and ran to Festus to see if any stores had anything good on sale, due to the holiday. We went to Peebles (it seems to be a store that carries the same clothes as JCPennys) I got a few shirts and Hunter got a few toys. We also decided to go to Kmart. I got the boys lots of pjs for like $3 a piece. We then went to my parents. They were having a party for my dad's side of the family. Hunter loves it when we have family get togethers. He loves playing with his cousins Jordan and Tyler. He was enjoying playing with them so we decided to sneak away and go get fireworks. We found a stand and got some things. We didn't get too much, because last year he was afraid of fireworks and we didn't want to buy a lot just in case.

Hunter stayed at my parents for awhile afterwards, so Billy and I went home and we played Rock Band.

When Hunter came home Billy shot off some fireworks. Turns out Hunter is still afraid. He watched from the house but he wouldn't go outside.

Saturday-We wanted to go out and go shopping. My mom wanted to go as well. I honestly didn't want her to go. For three reasons:

1. It had been weeks since Billy and I got to spend time together out with the kids.
2. She spends hours looking at one store and never buys anything.
3. She wanted to go to a completely different mall than what where we planned on going.

I couldn't be mean and say no, so she came along. We went to Macy's first. I got the boys some clothes. We went upstairs to the adult clothes. I didn't find anything there. Which is usual. I'm pretty picky about clothes and usually can only find things I like at certain stores. Well my mom spent a long time in the store. Ryder started getting fussy, so I decided to go to the family lounge, so I could feed him. I love that about malls around here. It's so nice that they have rooms for you to breastfeed your baby. I had Billy call my mom and let her know where we went. I expected her to go there once she was done. I nursed him for at least a half hour. When she didn't show up we just went shopping by ourselves. She eventually found us at a store called Deb. She said that she wanted to see if Sears had anything on sale. So we followed her since we had left her earlier. She spent over a hour looking in one section...not even the whole store...one little section. She only bought two shirts. When we finally left, Billy went and got his eyebrows threaded. He usually gets them waxed, but a threading store opened up, and he decided to try it. He said that it hurt lol.

When we got back my mom apparently was sad that we left her at the mall. She told my dad this. I told him that I told her that we told her where we went and she never showed up. He said that she told him that she didn't know where it was at. Which is complete bullshit, because my mom went to the mall with me the previous week and I nursed Ryder in the family lounge then. My mom is slowly going crazy at the age of 45. I love her, but she does drive me nuts because of this.

Sunday- We needed to make a 'circle' around the town we live in. We had to go to a lot of stores. We went to my mom's work first (Walgreens) I had to pick up a few small things. We then went to the cemetery to Camille's grave. I hadn't been there since about a week before Ryder was born. I feel so bad, I just hadn't had a lot of time to go. I put a butterfly decoration on her grave. When we were done we went and picked up some medicine for our Lab. She has allergies and she's been scratching at her back. She's going bald where she has been rubbing her back on the rocks :( We went to Walmart after that to pick up some pictures. I decided to work on my scrapbooks. I never made one for Camille. I had been meaning to do one, but I just didn't have time. I had to make myself make time, because it's been 18 months since I had her. Plus, I had to catch up on Hunter and start Ryders. I had some pictures developed of her and got some stuff for the book.

When we finally got home, Billy took Hunter outside to go swimming. Ryder slept and I started and finished Camille's book! I got so sad looking at her pictures. Ryder looks like her so much from the side. All three kids have the same nose. It feels like a dream. It all happened too fast.
Today-I put 436 pictures onto a CD to get developed. I hadn't developed any pictures since when I first got pregnant with Ryder. Luckily, at my mom's work this week, they are giving employees and their families 55% off photo prints. I'm going to try to remember to finish this later, House is on and I want to watch it.

Your footprints mark the path

Billy was right. He got off at 9am this morning. So he worked from 4pm-9am. I feel so bad for him. He had to be at work at 4pm again today (which is usual.) He had to get up though at 12:30 to take Hunter to the dr. Turns out Hunter couldn't see the dr. today. His new dr.'s office couldn't get ahold of his old one and get his medical records. So we had to reschedule it for the 8th. It's nothing important really, it's just his 3 year checkup. Anyways, Billy was so tired. He said that they don't have as much to do tonight. He found out that he doesn't have to work on Saturday. Yipee! I wish that I would have known that way ahead of time. I would have planned a getaway this weekend. Too late now.

The kids and I have had a mellow day today. Hunter played outside earlier. He wanted to wear a football jersey and giraffe rain boots. I'm assuming he wanted to wear rain boots, because he made a muddy mess in the yard.

Billy finally got a good picture of Ryder smiling. He won't smile for me when I play with him. I serve one major purpose for him, and that's feeding him. So, I'm not a fun person.

Tomorrow, my parents are having a family get together. I think Hunter and I are going to make some kind of patriotic food to bring. I don't know what yet. Maybe chocolate covered pretzels with red, white, and blue sprinkles. Something easy!

There's a special place knowing no end

The gist of my day, today ~ I woke up and took a bath. Got myself and Ryder dressed. I went out to the living room and watched a bit of TV, while feeding Ryder. I made Hunter breakfast, which he barely ate any of. I cooked lunch and woke Billy up at 12:30. I cleaned up for a bit while Billy and Hunter washed his car before work.

He wants to sell his car. I don't think it's a good idea. I like his car. Even though I can't drive it, because it's a manual. I wanted to learn. I also wanted to learn how to do mods on his car. I've always been interested in cars, especially Mustangs.

Anyways, to get back on track, Billy aggravates the living crap out of me sometimes. It's the pure laziness (or maybe lack of caring) that drives me insane. I folded up Hunter's laundry and put them in order of what drawers they go in. He has 4 drawers in his dresser and things needed to go into each. I asked Billy to put them up, figuring it was an easy task for him to do. Nope, a few hours ago, I got out Hunter's pjs for after his bath. He shoved them all into one drawer.

He left for work. My dad came over shortly after asking if him and my mom could take him out when my mom got off work. My dad never asks things like that, so I said yes. They came and got him. I was hoping to have it easy with one kiddo. Of course not, Ryder ate a lot. When Hunter came back home with a Burger King crown on. I couldn't help but laugh. My mom brought the food he didn't eat home...Mac & Cheese. I had no idea that BK sold that on the kid menu.

Hunter started being a typical 3 year old. He kept on aggravating my dog, Molly. She didn't want to be by him and he kept on following her around. He wanted to read to her. He then asked if he could wake his brother up. I told him no. He decided not to listen and banged on his drums. I finally calmed him down by fixing him dinner. He didn't want to eat too much, so I had to feed him.

I got Hunter and Ryder's baths ready. I cleaned them up. I took Ryder to his room when he was done. Hunter followed behind, then he went back to the bathroom and dumped out Ryder's tub. I had a massive amount of water to clean up. Thanks Hunter.

Now, Hunter is watching Wow Wow Wubzy in my room and Ryder is asleep.

Billy sent me a text message saying that they had 9 more hours of work to do. I feel so bad for him. Holidays are so ruff for him. See he works for Pepsi and people buy a lot of soda and other Pepsi products for holidays. He went in at 4pm and it's about 12am. So 9 more hours is like 9am. That's flipping ridiculous. They are short handed and have been since Memorial Day. They refuse to hire anyone, even though they 2 missing for a full crew. It's a fortune 500 company and they can't have a full staff. It's horrible, he hasn't seen much of Ryder since he was born. He's worked the last 2 Saturdays, even though he's suppose to be off. He has to work this Saturday, because he's off on the 4th.

Ok, I suppose I'm done now. I'm going to put Hunter to bed now.

1st real post

So this may be my 1st real post here. I haven't had too much time to get around to it yet. I used to use livejournal back in the day and more recently I used Xanga. I still go there from time to time.

Today, I haven't got too much accomplished. I woke up and cleaned for a bit. I still have more to do. I made lunch and woke Billy* up. We went to Wal-Mart to get Ryder** a new bath tub and we ended up walking out with a lot more. $150 more. I'm not too fond of the place but I always end up spending much more than I would like. Hunter*** decided that he wanted a birthday cake. I bargained with him and told him that I would share a $4 one with him if we could go home and make a big cake on our own. It's my fault though. See the last time we went to WM he wanted a Speed Racer cake and I told him that we had to finish his actual bday cake first. I thought I outsmarted the newly turned 3 kiddo, but nope he remembered. Note to self: Don't tell your kid anymore that you'll get it later, because he'll remember.

We hit Sonic on the way home. I got the new banana split blast thing and it was yummy. Darn them for making a banana split in a less messier form that I can have while driving.

I'm usually an avid picture taker. I have to figure out how to open my memory card door on my new laptop. I got a new laptop last week and I didn't read the directions. Computers are self explanitory so I figured it wasn't needed. I have no idea where the USB cable is, so that's not an option.

I must go now. Hunter wants some snacks to eat now.
